Course description
Mental Health First Aid certification lasts three years - but the skills can fade well before that, especially when they're not used regularly. This half-day refresher is designed to bring them back.
The MHFA Refresher is an MHFA England accredited course for qualified MHFAiders.
In four hours, delegates revisit the MHFA action plan, update their knowledge of mental health and current support, and leave with renewed confidence to do the role well.
Delivered online or in-person. Up to 25 delegates per session.
