Workplace conflict rarely disappears by itself. Left unaddressed, it affects concentration, performance and wellbeing - for the person in it and for those around them.
Conflict coaching is a one-to-one, forward-focused process that helps individuals develop practical skills for managing conflict more effectively. It is not therapy. It does not go back over what went wrong. It builds the skills to handle difficult interactions better - in the situation you're in now, and in ones you'll face in the future.
Jake uses the New Ways for Work® coaching model, a structured, skills-based approach designed for workplace conflict. Suitable for individuals at any level - from frontline staff to senior leaders. All prices are final — no VAT.
