Course description
Not everyone needs to become a Mental Health First Aider - but every workplace benefits from staff who understand mental health, recognise when someone might be struggling and know how to respond without panic or avoidance.
Mental Health Aware is a half-day MHFA England course designed to build exactly that. It raises awareness, reduces stigma and gives all staff - regardless of role - a practical foundation for supporting good mental health at work.
Delivered by an MHFA England Instructor Member with a 9.90/10 instructor rating. Up to 25 delegates. Online or in-person.
