Course description
One in four people will experience a mental health problem in any given year. Most of their colleagues will notice something is wrong - and not know what to do. Not because they don't care, but because they've never been shown how to be there for someone safely.
This two-day MHFA England course changes that. Your people leave as Mental Health First Aiders: recognising warning signs, start a supportive conversation and connect a colleague to the right help - without overstepping their role or taking on a clinical responsibility that isn't theirs to carry.
Delivered by an MHFA England Independent Instructor Member with a 9.90/10 instructor rating and over 1,500 people trained.
