Tell me what is happening. I’ll tell you if I can help.

You do not need to diagnose the problem or choose a service first. Tell me what is happening, who is involved and what you need to be different. I will recommend the most sensible next step — including when that is not me.

Your enquiry

Send a short enquiry.

A few lines is enough. Tell me what you would like to be different, roughly how many people are involved and any timescale you are working to.

Please do not include medical details or confidential case information at this stage.

I will use these details only to respond to your enquiry, as explained in the privacy notice.

Need urgent help? This is not an emergency or clinical support service. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999. Samaritans are available free on 116 123 at any time.

What stands out most is how well Jake understands the nature and pressures of our charity. That insight made the sessions feel meaningful and grounded in the realities of our day-to-day work, rather than generic training.

Before you get in touch

Questions that should not hold you up.

You can start with an imperfect brief. These are the points people most often want to settle first.

What if I am not sure which service I need?

That is completely fine. Describe the outcome you need rather than trying to select a service. I will tell you whether training, mediation, coaching, e-learning or another route makes most sense.

Can I get a price before arranging a call?

Yes. The estimate page gives an immediate guide for team mental health training. Mediation, coaching and bespoke work depend on the situation, so I will provide a clear written quote once I understand the scope.

Do I have to book a call?

No. If email is easier, we can keep the conversation there. A free 30-minute call is available when talking the situation through would be quicker or more useful.

Can I book an open MHFA England course as an individual?

Yes. Current public dates and individual prices are listed on my official MHFA England instructor page. If none suit, email me and I will let you know what is planned next.

Pick a time that works for you. No pitch, no obligation. We will use it to scope whether and how I can help.
