Course description
When a workplace relationship breaks down, the formal route - grievances, investigations, HR procedures - is rarely the first thing either party wants. It is slow, adversarial and often makes things worse before they get better.
Workplace mediation offers a different path. A confidential, voluntary process where an impartial mediator helps both parties work through what has happened, focus on what matters now and agree a practical way forward - without either person losing control of the outcome.
Jake is a CMC-registered workplace mediator, working with organisations across the UK.
