Individual Meetings

Joint Mediation Session
A facilitated meeting where both parties share their viewpoints, identify key issues, and develop practical solutions together. The focus shifts from past grievances to future working relationships.
Follow-up Support
If requested - a check-in conversation after mediation to review how agreements are working and reinforce positive communication patterns.
