Mental Health First Aid course
(Two-days)
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a training course that teaches people how to identify, understand, and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue.
MHFA won’t teach you to be a therapist, but it will teach you to listen, reassure and respond, even in a crisis – and even potentially stop a crisis from happening.
Cost
MHFA England values this course at £325 per person.
I provide this course at £150 per person as I am keen to increase the provision of this training as much as possible, so that more people can gain skills, confidence and knowledge to support others.
For group courses, prices are £150 per person with a minimum of 8 people (£1,200) and a maximum of 16 people (£2,400) per cohort.
